As our kitchen’s  head fermenter & mold jockey, Jason’s going to be doing a talk & cooking demo about the mysterious & wonderful fungus, aspergillus oryzae (otherwise known as koji).

It’ll be on Saturday May 27 from 11-1pm at People’s Food CoOp, in SE Portland.
